About Dolden

Trusted defence from coast to coast

Dolden operates on a national platform, representing insurers in courts and tribunals across Canada. With 25+ areas of practice and lawyers called to the bar in multiple provinces, we have the depth and the credentials to handle virtually any matter wherever it arises.
Our national presence wasn't built overnight. Founded in 1994 by three partners who left full-service firms to focus exclusively on insurance defence, Dolden has grown from a four-lawyer boutique into a national firm with multiple offices coast to coast, united by a singular vision.
Our people
Our Culture

Where good lawyers thrive

At Dolden, culture is more than a policy. It's how we work. We're a firm where open doors aren't just encouraged, they're expected. Senior lawyers mentor junior ones. Ideas travel up as easily as they travel down. And lawyers stay for the long-term.

We're also committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, and to creating an environment where every member, regardless of background or seniority, is valued and heard.
